**Location**:Head Quarter - Jakarta**Level**:Senior Manager and Above**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Data & Analytics**Posted Date**:24 March 2024**Job Summary**:Manage the maximum level of alignment and coordination for Data monetization & Business Value Creation with the business partner's functions, especially with the B2B & Technology team.- Lead and Collaboration with B2B & Technology users to find an opportunity/ area focus by using data insights both from Deep dive analysis of Internal data /external data for monetization, improving Customer experience, Revenue generation, improve profitability & other positive business outcomes.- Seek support from Data Scientiest to design and develop deep dive KPI performance analysis trend of specific area focus under B2B & Technology team that drive meaningful and prompt actionable insights which can be easily interpreted by business users and enable taking optimization decisions- Work Closely with B2B & Technology users to create Business Case including the Business Objective, Product suggestion, Go to Market Strategy, alignment with relevant division (IT, Network, etc.) and Financial analysis on the Initiatives- Drive a proactive approach towards Internal & external monetization of data, through partnership models across a variety of ecosystems in B2B & Technology- Consolidate and submit the AOP, Forecast both OPEX & CAPEX of EDA (Budget Controller)**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Economy, Business or relevant field is preferred- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategy / business and or sales planning area- Great knowledge and industry awareness with strong business acumen while knowledge and experience in Telco industry will be considered as a plus- Strong spreadsheet and presentation PowerPoint (story-boarding & development) technical skill- Ability to speak, present and do sales pitch of data monetization and value creation business cases to the related management and or parties- Able to work closely with a dedicated data scientist to use data science methodology and concept as the main drivers to deliver the data monetization and value creation objectives- Experience in handling major projects and a proven evidence for delivering them properly in timely manner- Excellent communication skills and is exposed to work across difference functions internally and externally- A self-starter, ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty- Problem-solving aptitude, having an analytical mind and great business sense
