**What You Will Do**
- Drive 1-3 years vision and prioritize roadmap of BU/Vertical products portfolio based on market opportunity and shape the future.
- Transform company vision into long-term product & business strategy and ensure the alignment within internal Tokopedia.
- Ensure the products solutions will scale to meet "think big" business ideas.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness of Tokopedia's competitive position to deliver products that recognized best in the industry.
- Act as a problem solver for cross functional team(technical, design, data, business,etc) at company level. Drive the collaboration among relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare talents for leadership positions by providing comprehensive mentoring.
- Oversee and plan the hiring as needed.

**What You Will Need**
- Minimum 9 years experience in tech, consulting, or FMCG, with at least 3 years as team leaders or act as team leader for large scale implementation project
- Minimum of 3 years experience in product management or technical project management Own undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, design, or business
- MBA is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is a must, native level ability in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Having experience in managing multi department stakeholders, especially bridging business needs to technical requirement
- Having knowledge in customer research method and analysis
