Your 'day to day'
- Scout, prepare, approach, and build an appropriate relationship with potential business partners/communities/any entity to achieve sustainable program activation that are measured by number of product demonstration, kit sold to LAS and creation of smoke free zone to further strengthen the impactful publicity of IQOS among LAS/LAU
- Develop and build sound and tailored proposal to address partners' needs and IQOS business objective by conducted due diligence, gathering data on potential partner through research, gaining first-hand information from reliable resources.
- Approach, build, and maintain professional, appropriate and positive communication with potential business partners/communities/any entity to ensure satisfaction and build trusted company and or product image
- Execute, monitor, report routinely, analyze and evaluate upon program deployment progress to ensure the achievement and its business impact.
- Propose improvement in deployment methods, negotiation parameter, and/or segmentation accordingly when needed through data analysis and fact-based learning to further asses the scalability of program
- Submit and ensure contract, payments (if any) in timely manner according to agreed schedules in order to meet administration standards and compliance to legal requirements
Who we're looking for
- College/University, University Degree for any discipline
- 2 years experience in other FMCGs / Banking / Technology (business development side, not technical side) / Key Accounts or >2 years within company with more than 1 department working experience
