30-40 years old.

Hold minimum Diploma's degree from any discipline.

Have 5 years working experience in the required industry especially in Food/Packaging Material Distributor, Building Maintenance, Cleaning Service, etc. including 2 years experience as Assistant Manager.
Business level English.

Strong leadership and commercial acumen, good interpersonal, proficient in English.

Possess strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Computer literate, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Willing to be stationed in Mangga Dua, Jakarta.

Evaluate business trend and create a wide business network of customers and distributors.

Work closely with Management to develop business of Public Hygiene and Food Sanitation into functioning, independent and profitable division.

Set strategy to promote and improve market base and to be customer preference.

Customer follow-up, sales calls, and after-sale service.

Manage distributors and ensure a smooth supply chain.

Establishment of complete sales and support team.

Presentations and educational gatherings to key people in each market segment.

Development of new products, feature and values to elevate our product range equivalent to market demand.

Achieve sales and business performance.

Provide guidance and coach subordinate(s) to achieve annual target.

Handling and establishing of Local Distributors.

Responsible for on-time payment collection.

Other related tasks as assigned.
