**Overview**The B2B Sales Executive drives sales strategies, acquires new clients, and manages accounts. They build client relationships, craft proposals based on market insights, and consistently meet sales goals. This role demands proactive lead generation, collaboration for product development, and innovative sales approaches to boost B2B growth.**Key Responsibilities**- Developing a sales plan.- Handling client transactions from beginning to end.- Reporting sales activities daily.- Creating proposals and making offers according to the sales targets set by the company.- Engaging in Customer Relationship activities through daily personal communication with potential clients.- Providing input and ideas to the team for product development and promotional strategy.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree or Diploma (S1/D3) from all majors.- Previous 1 year experience in sales, preferably B2B, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Knowledge and experience in scholarship hunting will be a plus (preferably a scholarship awardee).- Having strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities- Demonstrate product knowledge.- Able to do a good presentation- Passionate in negotiation with others- Well-maintaining relation management with customers and other stakeholders**Benefits**- **Full-remote** working system- Competitive salary and bonus- Religious holiday allowance (THR)- Insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan)- Career growth**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have scholarship hunting experience?
