Sales Planning & Forecasting: Expected sales volumes and profit targets from existing and new partners/products in collaboration with management.
- Identify potential market and trade opportunities, recommend new business development plans & market development strategy to achieve the targeted market share
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Set revenue & margin targets at region & partner level in consultation with the management. Track & analyze actual performance vs the plan. Take appropriate corrective actions, if required.
- Cash Flow Management: Ensure timely collection of outstanding amount. Maintain healthy cash flow cycle. Develop mechanisms and processes to reduce outstanding amount and raise timely alerts.
- Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
- At least 7 years of experience in related position (Area Manager, Key Account Manager) in F&B Industry.
- Have a good relationship with HORECA industry.
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel Skills ( Well versed in Excel pivots, power pivots & functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH).
- Excellent team player. Very strong people skills. Extrovert & outgoing.
- Should have strong entrepreneurial skills. High degree of ownership & accountability.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever changing business environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa & English, should possess both street-smart & also polished communication skills.
- Extremely high degree of attention to details. Willing to listen to new ideas and learn continuously
- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills
