B2B Sales Manager (Home & Living)

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing business strategies to raise customers' database, developing distribution network, and optimize profitability
- Propose innovative ideas and improvements to increase the sales
- Planning, managing, and executing visits to current and potential customers consistently and sustainably
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the staff
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) to maintain the brand and Company's reputation
- Preparing and controlling the budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
- Planning, managing, and executing promotional and sales communication activities to current and potential customers effectively
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Managing product ordering and delivery activities accurately and on time to customers
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete all the administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Performing payment collection from customers to ensure timely and orderly payments
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc to Management
- Be an example of well behaviour and high performance
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in sales strategy
- Additional Project Sales Manager duties as needed

**SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of Diploma degree any major
- Proven successful experience as a Project Sales Manager in handling home & living, building material, etc and by having a background in financial planning, business process and planning, and employee recruitment
- Have commercial awareness and business orientation
- Strong customer management, organizational, and leading skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Own a personal vehicle and be willing to work with high mobility
- Placement at IDD - PIK 2, Tangerang

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Upah: Rp1.200.000.000 - Rp1.500.000.000 per bulan
