B2B Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee sales lead generation aggresively**
- **Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients**
- **Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging**
- **Develop goals, sales quota targets and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity**
- **Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information**
- **Demonstrate company products coffee and/or related products, services and solutions with the potential customer to convert**
- **To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives.**
- **Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction.**
- **Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.**
- **Solicit feedback on products and services.**
- **Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines**

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about coffee and education
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years marketing experience directly managing B2B Sales programs with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
- Foodservice or restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
- Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
