In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling proposal calculations, securing sales contracts from hotels, and coordinating groups on the ground as guests arrive. Key Responsibilities: Perform proposal calculations and generate pricing quotes for client proposals.Engage with hotels to secure sales contracts and ensure smooth negotiations.Coordinate logistics for group arrivals, including transportation and accommodation arrangements in the enchanting setting of Ubud.Act as a primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional support throughout their travel journey.Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and fostering strong client partnerships.Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Possess 2-4 years of experience in sales support, travel coordination, or a similar role within the B2B travel industry.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in proposal calculations and pricing strategies.Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with hotels and clients.Be detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and culturally rich environment like Ubud, Bali.
