**Backend Developer**

As a Frontend Developer at AndTalent, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our design and backend teams to translate concepts into seamless web experiences. **QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-4 years) as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with backend frameworks and libraries such as Django, Spring Boot, or Express.js.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and proficiency in database design and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying and managing backend services in the cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create concise and articulate documents
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
**Key Responsibility**
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize database structures and queries for performance and reliability.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in backend development, including data protection and access control.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, and implement solutions to address them in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in backend development practices.

Job Location: Hybrid/ Remote System

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
