Hold Bachelor's degree.

Business level English.

3 years of experience as HRGA/Back Office or other relative Admin position at LPK for Japanese company.

Tanggung Jawab

Documentation.

Gathering documentation, checking personal data of Apprentices.

Making Master Data for all apprentices.

Translating some documents that need to be submitted to Japan.

Explain and handle Apprentices.

Setting interview sessions with LPK.

Adjusting training program/syllabus/flow with LPK.

Labor ministry confirmation/registration.

Handling Depicturing to Japan for Apprentices.

VISA/COE.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
