Backend Developer

Bureaucracy slows down many companies, so here we built one that practices simple, lean and efficient processes.Last but not least, we define success based on the value we create for our users.- Participate in coding, developing, and back-end system support on existing systems.- Troubleshooting incidents and provide timely update and escalation when appropriate.- Develop/Test systems and to ensure the successful delivery of the products within the estimated time frame.- Translate business requirements into functional and non functional requirements.- Work closely with team members.- Responsible and passionate in research and development of new technologies.**Qualifications**- At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer- Good understanding or experience with REST API development and security.- Hands-on experience with PHP + Laravel is a must, at least 1 project using laravel.- Experience in SQL queries and RDBMS with special consideration for those with MySQL experience.- Familiar with these will be considered as a plus: Vue and CI/CD.- You're someone with the following set of attributes: team player, goal driven, highly curious, moves fast and user oriented.**Additional Information**Working hours Monday - Friday (Semi flexi working hours)**Benefits**:- Salary range 7-13mio- Annual leave, sick leave, special leave.- ** Performance rewards**:- Laptop & supporting hardware will be provided.- Casual Attire- Medical Claims- Optical & Dental benefits- Education benefit- Attendance bonus- Challenging yet exciting tasks and target, working in international team.
