Backend Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using the latest technologies.

Implement scalable and high-performance backend solutions.

Design and manage database schemas.

Optimize database queries for improved performance.

Implement and maintain security best practices for data protection and system integrity.

Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role minimum 3 years

Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, Node.js).

Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

**After passing the interview**:
Probation. Akhdani's learning process is to ensure suitability of work capacity, adaptation, learning ability and cultural compatibility to work at Akhdani. The duration of probation was 3 months. During probation, employees receive 80% of the agreed monthly salary.

Offering Contract. Those who pass probation will be offered as permanent employees or contract employees on a time basis, depending on the results of the evaluation of the probation period.

**Range sallary in this position**:
**Junior (0-3 years experiences)**: Rp. 4.200.000 - 4.500.000

**Middle (3-5 years experiences)**: Rp. 8.500.000 - 10.000.000

**Senior ( >5 years)**: Rp. 10.200.000 - 10.500.000
