The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with Shopee's key partners.
- Manage the end-to-end bank partnership projects ensuring high-quality results through clear planning and monitoring.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to define and execute strategic partnership plans, identify new opportunities, and optimize existing collaborations.
- Analyze partner performance and initiate improvement projects to maximize business growth.
- Manage and archive all partner campaign assets, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and above, with 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
- Proven ability to translate strategic plans into actionable steps, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
