The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopee's key partners
- Manage the end-to-end partnership projects and create plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality results
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to execute strategic plans for partnerships
- Identify partners performance and initiate any improvement projects that align to business growth
- Archive and manage all partner's campaign assets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and above with 2+ years of experience in relevant field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans
- Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate Microsoft Excel
