Role Summary:
Responsible for funding to support business units, maintain relationship with existing banks, and develop new banking relationship
**Responsibilities**:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Managing bank loans, to meet external funding needs.
- Provide and obtain banking facilities to support business unit operation requirement, from cash management, FX, Trade bills, working capital, and term loan.
- Negotiating debt terms and conditions with financial institutions
- Participating in funding negotiations with banks and other financial institutions for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events
- Develop and adding new banking panel to group, to support Business unit short term and long term requirement
- Explore potential business opportunities like M&A, distress asset information that in line with core business activities of groups
- support ad hoc project related to funding and banking relationship,
- manage cash management
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
