- Two (2) years experience in the same position at 4 or 5 star hotels
- Related education background
- Familiar HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good attitude, well groomed, guest service oriented, good team work and highly motivated
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
