**Job Description**:- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, addressing concerns, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.- Monitor the activities of all departments during the shift, such as housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, ensuring smooth operations.- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the hotel staff during the shift.- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to, conduct safety checks, and liaise with the security team as needed.- Prepare reports on guest numbers, activities, incidents, or any other notable occurrences during the shift. Handover any significant issues or occurrences to the next shift or higher management.Work Experience- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management.- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager.- Familiarity with hotel operations across multiple departments.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.- Proficient in hotel management software and systems (Opera).**Benefits**:- Limitless opportunities to grow your career.- Take advantage of special team member rates and experience our properties as a guest.
