**Job Description**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, addressing concerns, resolving complaints or issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the activities of all departments during the shift, such as housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage, ensuring smooth operations.
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the hotel staff during the shift.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to, conduct safety checks, and liaise with the security team as needed.
- Prepare reports on guest numbers, activities, incidents, or any other notable occurrences during the shift. Handover any significant issues or occurrences to the next shift or higher management.

Work Experience
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager.
- Familiarity with hotel operations across multiple departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Proficient in hotel management software and systems (Opera).
