**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible of your attendance 5 minutes before your schedule times
- Well grooming, clean and tidy uniform including shine shoe
- To ensure that the service is at all time performed in a professional manner and to the style as
- Specified by the standard operational procedure.
- To be fully conversant with every food and beverages product dish in the restaurant and the provide explanations if requested
- To communicate with other restaurant staff and departments
- To be follow the company policy and the vision Statement are followed and utilized at all times
- To have a good knowledge of drink available of sale in your bar, enabling you to answer any guest's queries quickly.
- To responsible of "opening up" mise en place duties
- To responsible for all liquors item are correctly stored and secured
- To ensure of cleaning bar area in a regular basis
- To make sure that company policy and the vision Statement are followed and utilized at all times
- To prepare beverages and wines order in accordance with sop manual
- To be constantly aware of guest's need and be able to respond accordingly
- To familiarize yourself with food and beverages menu
- To ensure that all beverages are transported to the restaurant is clear, clean through the sanitation and hygiene standard
- To report all the comment, complain or any other feedback from the guests to the restaurant manager
- To have a knowledge of the weigh and measures from beverages product
- To "close down" the bar at the closing hours procedure following sop manual procedure
- To use guest's name at all times
- To ensure that you are attend in training, meeting, and briefing
- To be fully aware of fire safety procedure & Health safety procedure.
