Battery Pack Production Engineer

**Job Requirement**
- Manage the production process for battery packs, including cell selection, assembly, and testing
- Ensure that battery packs meet quality standards and vehicle requirements
- Develop and implement production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase reliability
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements
- Create and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures
- Ensure that production processes and procedures are in compliance with industry and regulatory standards

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in traction battery pack production and process engineering
- Knowledge of battery technologies and battery pack assembly processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Work Environment**

This is a full-time role based out of our office/ factory in Jakarta, Indonesia, with occasional travel to Singapore headquarters and remote coordination with our China office.
