Get to know the Role:
Understand GrabExpress product - Understand our product inside-out to troubleshoot any issues Support BD & Commercial teams - Be a strong pillar to support sales and demand generation for GrabExpress as well as be a client's most preferred partner for logistics
The Day-to-Day activities:
- Generate and analyze sales reports (weekly, monthly) and create strategies to grow the GrabExpress
- Independently maintain current accounts with various initiatives and program that drives sales growth
- Support Business Development and Commercial team to meet quarterly targets, track sales budget spend and business performance
- Receive and follow up technical issues related to GrabExpress products independently or with help from the respective team on escalation
- Ensure accurate customer invoicing and handle customer escalation issues
- Assist on-boarding initiatives of new customers
- Handling end-to-end client management, from pitching to reconciliation
- Understand client business process and do up-selling
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's level degree required and with at least 3-4 years of work experience in sales, business development, and client support team managing billing, account, and customer service matters
- Can-do and optimistic attitude
- Problem-solving mindset
- Team player mentality
- Extremely well-organized, high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Superb people skills and experience working with multiple teams or on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, English fluency for business communications, and regional language proficiency is a plus
- Strong skills in data analytics and adept in using tools for data analysis (e.g.
Excel, PowerPoint), comfortable with data, and able to do trend analysis (analysis trends and details).
