**Job Deskripsi**
- Ensuring achieving weekly and monthly sales budget.
- Monitoring and controlling stock at respective stores that become his/her responsibility.
- Supervising and checking that products and visual merchandising tools di store in good condition.
- Being well understood of the sales items and procedures in order to provide accurate information to the customers that can enhance sales transaction.
- Developing strategies to reach new customer and also maintaining also improving sales to loyal customer to increase sales performance.
- Monitoring competitors' sales activities and keep up-to-date of the skincare market developments.
- Having a positive approach in sales strategies and keep promoting and selling CPD Products.
- Ensure success implementation of targeted instore promo program and also monitoring the result.
- Maintaining good relationship with Store staffs, Store Purchasing staff and Store Owner in order to establish good partnership.
- Any other work as reasonably requested by the Company and Management.
