AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Bellman to join the team at the AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. As a Bellman, you will be an important part of ensuring a positive guest experience by providing excellent customer service and assistance with luggage and transportation. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation needs
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, escalating as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Support other hotel staff as needed
- Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and dexterity to lift and transport guest luggage
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
