- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Management of country repair center
- Implements after sales hardware support strategy for new POS terminals
- Lead all Repair Centre setup, qualification and audit activities
- Monitor and ensure that all regional KPIs and P&L reports meet the specified targets for all repair services within the region
- Implements process & improvement to all POS and PCBA repair services within the region
- Provide hardware technical information on products, spare parts, repair and security tools setup, installation, and maintenance to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners
- Investigate and resolve hardware related issues in the field reported by Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners
- Implement maintenance and repair training programs to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients, and partners.
- Provide guidance to Ingenico subsidiaries, clients and partners on product specifications, preventive, corrective maintenance, and best practices for repair.
- Troubleshoot and provide repair guidance to the component level on complex PCBA issues.
COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION
**Core Competencies**:
- Ability to implement business strategy
- Experience in repair KPI and P&L
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Good writing and oral communication skills
**Functional competencies**:
- Extensive experience in the management of repair centres, repair KPIs and P&L.
- Knowledgeable on basic repair and electronic principles
- Knowledgeable of the latest technology i.e., Wi-Fi, 4g, 5G, NFC, Bluetooth, Android
- Exposure to POS terminal or related devices will be an added advantage
**Languages **_(good level required / advantage)_**:
- English and Bahasa Indonesia
**Management Ability / Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements**:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- 10 years' experience in electronic board repair and electronic equipment repair related industry
- Minimum 5 years' experience in roles with management in repair
- Proficient in MS Office programs, SAP, PCB CAD software
- Knowledge of any Business Intelligence software will be an added advantage
