Billing Staff

Company Description**About Avery Dennison Retail Branding and Information Solutions****Job Description**:- Create and prepare invoice, tax invoice and related supporting document- Scan and save invoice in designated folder- Arrange invoice delivery to Customer and monitor the progress shipping- Ensure accuracy of invoice and check completeness of supporting document- Send draft invoice and tax invoice to customer during shifting schedule- Follow up pending supporting document to customer or other related department- Reconcile and provide revenue recognition data every month end- Update Rate on system on weekly and monthly basis- Liaise with other team member (BC Collector, CS, Accounting, Warehouse) to resolve any issue- Support during audit (internal and independent)- Handle ad-hoc project given by the manager/supervisor**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree- Fluent in English- Have experience in Billing or Account Receivable related would be advantage- Fresh Graduate with good potential are welcome- Able to work in multitasking and good in communication- Highly initiative- Good in Microsoft excelAdditional InformationAVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
