**Job Description**:

- Create and prepare invoice, tax invoice and related supporting document
- Scan and save invoice in designated folder
- Arrange invoice delivery to Customer and monitor the progress shipping
- Ensure accuracy of invoice and check completeness of supporting document
- Send draft invoice and tax invoice to customer during shifting schedule
- Follow up pending supporting document to customer or other related department
- Reconcile and provide revenue recognition data every month end
- Update Rate on system on weekly and monthly basis
- Liaise with other team member (BC Collector, CS, Accounting, Warehouse) to resolve any issue
- Support during audit (internal and independent)
- Handle ad-hoc project given by the manager/supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Have experience in Billing or Account Receivable related would be advantage
- Fresh Graduate with good potential are welcome
- Able to work in multitasking and good in communication
- Highly initiative
- Good in Microsoft excel
