**Job Descriptions**:

- Process correspondence to related parties
- Performing administrative tasks, compiling reports, processing requests for goods/materials in a timely manner
- Carry out the filing process, distribution of all existing documents
- Carry out coordination activities, arrange meeting schedules, receive guests, submit complaints to related parties to be handled

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma Degree from any major, preferable from Administration, Management
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as admin
Good communication skill
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
- Willing to be placed in ITC Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
