Bonded Zone Associate

Deep understanding of customs regulations and ability to arrange export/import shipments accordingly
Compiling documents and invoicing process
Stock opname activities with logistics staff and other departments
A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
Good knowledge and deep understanding of PPJK/logistics/export import process, with experience in bonded zones preferred
At least 2-4 years of experience in PPJK/logistics/export import, specifically in companies implementing bonded zones
Familiarity with TPB, PEB, and PIB modules
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
