Booking Agent (For 12Wired)

Job Description:

- Identify and secure performance opportunities for artists, including concerts, festivals, and private events.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with event organizers and venue managers, ensuring favorable terms for our artists.
- Maintain strong relationships with artists and clients, understanding their needs and expectations to better serve them.
- Collaborate with artists and their management teams to coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistics.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market demands to effectively position our artists.
- Attend industry events, showcases, and concerts to network with potential clients and discover new talent. Manage communication and follow-ups with venues and promoters.

Job Requirement:

- Proven experience as a Booking Agent or similar role within the music or entertainment industry.
- Extensive network of contacts in the music industry, including venue managers, event organizers, and other agents.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract law as it applies to live performances.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to represent our artists and the agency professionally.
- Passion for music and a keen understanding of different musical genres and industry trends.
