**About the Job**:This role is to maintain SalesPond's records of financial transactions, including but not limited to purchases, sales, invoices, receipts and payments by establishing accounts; posting transactions; and ensuring legal requirements compliance.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Records day to day financial transactions and completes the posting process- Verifies that transactions are recorded in the correct day book- Checks and verifies source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts- Reconciles and balances all accounts- Prepares and processes payroll- Assists with budget preparation- Brings the books to the trial balance stage- Completes necessary tax forms for Australia and US when needed- Enters data, maintains records and financial statements- Processes accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner- Maintains good communication with Clients A/P- Maintains historical records by filing documents.- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information.**Must-Haves**:- 2-3 years solid work experience as a Bookkeeper- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures- Working knowledge of XERO accounting software- Knowledge of data management and financial data analysis- Good understanding about taxation in Australia- Excellent command of English both oral and written- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business is required**Key Competencies**- Accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to multitask- Excellent communication skills- Data entry skills- Confidentiality- Information collection and monitoring- Customer-service oriented and negotiation skills**How to apply**:Please send your cover letter and updated resume**Location/Region**: Indonesia Office - covering Global**Supervisor/Manager**: CFO & CEO**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month**Education**:- D1-D4 (required)**Experience**:- Bookkeeper: 1 year (required)- using XERO accounting software: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Business English Fluently (required)
