Bost Coordinator (167517)

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
Responsible for running the daily appointed Kipsu schedule, maintaining Shangri-La Jakarta's position amongst the top performer as required by the Management, overall administration and management of Back Office Support Team operation including rooms control; preparation for arrival and departure; guest's profiles database maintenance; Shangri-La Circle and Frequent Flyer Membership program. He/she must be fully conversant of the technicalities of each program and ensure that effectiveness is maintained

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Diploma in Hospitality management / Certified in Hotel Management.

Minimum one year of work experience in a front desk role or a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.

Ability to work independently and a team player as well.

Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.

Pleasant and charming personality.
