Founded in 2010, it now has more than 100 million users with various physical and virtual products, including small kiosks and the e-commerce platform.**Job descriptions**:- Owning the Financial performance and budget control for business units, by:- Creating a quarterly, yearly, and 5-year Financial planning;- Establishing controls and monitoring of Financial plan actualization;- Creating a monthly financial performance report against the Financial planning- Preparing an accurate and frequent financial performance projection- Take role as finance business partner for business unit, by:- Recommending the go-forward strategy to improve the financial performance;- Improving the business financial flow and operations;- If necessary, driving the business action to match with the financial plan.- Take part in the monthly and quarterly financial closing, by:- Providing the necessary cost and revenue accruals- Accurately reviewing the financial journal to match with the PnL Projections**Requirements**:- Bachelors' degree from a reputable top university, preferably major in Finance, Accounting, or Management.- 3-5 years experience working in financial planning, business strategy, or financial reporting.- Work experience in top accounting or multinational firms.- Proficient in English written and spoken.- Advanced in Excel and Powerpoint- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player.- High attention to detail, reliable, and good analytical skills.- Good communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.- Experience or certification related to handling the budget and financial performance (company or personal) is a plus.- Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days a week in the office.**Bukalapak is an equal opportunity employer **.
