**About the job**:
As a Branch Manager, your primary role will be to take charge of the development and growth of the branch in Bali. This involves taking charge of all facets of the branch's operations, including conducting comprehensive market research, formulating strategic plans to attain set objectives, and providing oversight for team activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Bali team from scratch
- Lead Bali members to achieve targets
- Make a strategy for the Bali area
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly achievements to founders directly
- Conduct market research and analysis on demands and competition
- Assist in defining business achievement goals
- Develop B2B and B2C partnerships with hiring partners and 3rd party collaborators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Engage in strategic thinking, focusing on the broader perspective, and establishing goals and objectives to enhance the business expansion strategy

**Requirements**:

- Strong empathy for the business and company's mission
- More than 3 years of experience in a bank or leasing company as the head of the division
- More than 1 year of experience leading a team in the Bali area
- Proficiency in English
- Strong commitment, leadership, and execution skill
- Have lived in Bali for 3-5 years
- Maximum 35 years old
- Have experience in a conventional company
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in a startup company
- Have a startup mindset
- Willing to be based in Bali
- Willing to travel when necessary
- Possess prior experience in the B2B sector within the financial services industry
- Energetic, mature, accountable, self-drive, fast learner, and possess good analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, agile, and results-driven environment Able to think out of the box in conceptualizing ideas; creativity and logical thinking would be key
