Branch Manager - Building Material

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads and reviews branch sales force productivity to meet values and volume targets.
- Managing distribution activities to ensure the products can be delivered to customer and distributor effectively
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Establishing performance goals with each sales representative in their territory and ensuring that these goals meet branch and company objectives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Having 10 - 15 years working experience in managing branch operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven industry knowledge relevant to building materials products
- Results driven and customer focused
- Willing to be relocated in Surabaya

Pay: Rp2,000,000,000 - Rp3,000,000,000 per month
