Establish business plans for your branch to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for Profit & Loss
- Manage customer relationship
- Manage contractual compliance
- Drive planning and reporting
- Accountable for AOP

- Evaluate business risk

**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Min 3-5 years of Business / P&L management experience
- 8 Yrs of successful industry experience in managing various projects.
- Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.
- Strong sales, branch management and operations experience.
