**Responsibilities**:
- Business Development- Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company, based on a thorough knowledge of the market.
- Keeps positive relationships with potential clients, business partners, financial institutions etc. (i.e., business activities: sales, trade, rental and maintenance services on heavy lifting and others equipment/machinery etc.).
- Sales- Develops and executes a professional sales plan to reach the main objectives.
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Responsible for sales performance (by areas/regions) and provide excellent service and ensure customer/client satisfaction is established.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/clients.
- Develops and manages a well-functioning sales team, in order to reduce the risk of idle equipment, maximize sales revenues, and meet the main objectives.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/clients.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events/exhibitions.
- Other Duties- Assist and support to overseas markets and business expansion etc.
- Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
