- Branch operation head will implement and execute strategies from Regional Branch Operation Head.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from all major
- Excellent organisation, time management and leadership skills.
- Confidence and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
- Coverage area Semarang and Yogyakarta
- Excellent experience in used / new car business,conventional sales and digital business sales.
- Strategic leader able to build, manage and motivate sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to multitask.
- Eager to learn with a growth mindset and creative thinking.
- Understand the market trend.
