Branch Operations Associate

Details of the offer

**Things you will do**:

- Manage the purchase requisition of all branches and track it up on an excellent delivery timeline, including the Purchase Request Proposal
- Coordinate the administrative process of the monthly recapitulation of branch attendance reports to generate payroll reports
- Conduct Regular asset audits and coordinate the finalization of the monthly inventory report
- Prepare the starter kits for new employees of the branch (uniform, slack account, PMS account, cleaner apps account, name tag, etc.)
- Manage the process of submitting requests for daily labor wages payment
- Manage the process and submit the adjustment for loss on inventory obsolescence request
- Manage and monitor the request for a refund for transactions made at the POS
- Daily monitoring of ancillary items sales
- Manage the request of new items (for ancillary & inventory) on Netsuite, coordinate with related stakeholder

**You'll fit in this job if you**:

- Has experience as a purchasing staff at least for 1 (one) year
- Willing to be placed in Bandung with frequent travel (travel expenses will be covered by the company)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Understanding the hotel business process will be an advantage
- Attention to detail and curiosity obsessed
- Excellent learning skills, attention to detail, and proactively resolving issues and results-driven
