Design activations and providing fresh new ideas in the ideation and concepting process based on needs (Experimental Activation, Social Media Activation, Promotions Activation, Marketing Event Activation, Sponsorship Activation)
Provide advice, references and recommendations in designing activities, rundown, and other activation strategies.
Create event proposals, evaluation reports, Terms of Reference and other required documents for the activations.
Communicate and implement ideas and strategies in the execution of activations to both Mid and High level seniors.
Involve in managing and monitoring activations to ensure its operations with external and/or internal stakeholders from start to finish including gaining feedback and data, reporting, and coordinating in terms of execution of each activations.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) across fields preferably marketing, communication, or event management field
At least 1 or 2 years of working experience in brand activation agency or other company
Extensive experience in brand activations including event building and management (online or offline), project management, sponsorship, as well as stakeholder engagements.
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis for reporting and optimization
Fast learner and agile worker in a dynamic environment
