**About The Role**

As a brand admin, you will help the Brand Team in handling administrative processes in running activities. This role will be responsible in helping KOL & events activities, and securing the process to be in compliance to company policies.
- Coordinating with internal & external parties to ensure the activities are in compliance of company policies and in a smooth process. The activities are:

- KOL & PR Package
- Offline Events
- Supporting Brand Team members with administrative support.
- Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy).
- Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team.
- Control the end-to-end process of agreement & invoice related activities.
- Monitor and archive documents related to invoices.
- Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work.

**Job Qualifications**
- At least one year of work experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Able to meet multiple deadlines
- Have skills in solving problems
