- To develop creative brief
- To translate client's marketing problem or ambition into communication challenge
- To succinctly describe the target audience so they come alive
- To articulate the insight that will drive the communication strategy
- To formulate the single-minded proposition
- To write guidelines about the tonality and other considerations for execution
- To lead the creative briefing meetings
- To assist creative team during the creative development process by providing inputs on how well the generated idea answers the communication challenge in the brief
- To develop mastery on an agreed particular consumer segment
- To develop mastery on an agreed particular product category
- To develop sufficient knowledge base to work with research agencies
- To develop research briefs
- To become a contributive partner of the research agency during the research process
- To evaluate research reports
- To develop and deliver the presentation on the communication strategy in front of clients
- To assist the process of selling the creative work

**Job Qualifications**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Branding and Comms field, preferably in Branding Agency or Creative Agency
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong critical thinking ability
- Undying fascination about human behavior
- Passion about art, literature, or pop culture
- "I could be wrong" mindset
- Already familiar with agency's process (must have worked in an agency before, either as client service or creative)
