Brand Communication Associate

**Job Description**:

- Maintain Moon Chicken social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok with the aim to build customer brand awareness and love. This scope will include Setting up strategy (defining content pillars, communication focus), Editorial Plan creation, brief creation, assessing visuals, and managing agencies (if applicable).
- Supervise and execute content creations for all marketing touch points through photoshoots, video shoots, graphics for the purpose of organic social media activities and paid advertising contents
- Analyze social media matrix, find key insights, and create plans for continuous improvement to achieve OKR metrics

- Create a strong communication strategy with the audience through visuals and copywriting.
- Ensuring the achievement of set targets within the allocated budget

**Qualifications**:

- Creatively driven and have a deep understanding of social media trends
- Min. 2 years of experience in social media handling & communications with deep involvement in content creation, preferably in f&b industry
- Bachelor degree from business/marketing/communications major is preferred
- Able to collaborate well with team members and creative agencies
