**The Position**:
The Brand Execution Manager is responsible for driving the implementation of the brand
strategy with a focus on quality execution customer engagement activities by our partners. The major areas of accountability include:
- Development and support/monitor the execution of OPU operational plan for the defined brands
- Drive brand performance with a strong focus on driving sales growth and market share
gain of assigned brands within the OPU
- Cross functional alignment internally within BI and also close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders in our partner's organisation.
- Continuously updates and educates the organisation on topics relevant to the defined
brand supporting the sales functions with updates and training materials for the
defined brands
- Works closely with the ROPU & MSI brand teams to provide continuous input and feedback
- Influences the development of brand strategies by providing local input in
relation to market, competitor and customer insight.
- Support the execution of the medico-marketing initiatives to maximise customer engagement.
- Ensures the preparation and implementation of activities for new product launches
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
STRATEGY:
- Collaborate with the local business partner on the implementation and execution of ROPU/MSI brand strategies in all the HP therapeutic areas to deliver Market Share targets
- Influence the development of brand strategies and marketing/business processes by providing regular feedback and relevant local insight (business, market, customer, competitor)
- Work together with local business partner on the Execution of IBP & ICP
DRIVING BUSINESS RESULTS:
INPUT TO BUSINESS PLANNING CYCLE (OUTLOOK & LONG TERM FORECAST (LTF) PROCESS)by working together with the local business partner to:
- Contribute to the LTF/Outlook preparation by providing sales and investment planning for all the defined brands/TA
- Develop LTF proposals
- Develop business cases/proposals for additional growth opportunities
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE - deliver results in collaboration with the local business partner
- Drive the TA/Brand performance in line with the OPU objectives
- Ensure achievement of OPU sales, market share and profit/profitability objectives
- Conduct business review meeting(s) as per defined frequency with local business partner (and relevant internal cross functional teams) focus on business performance and other performance in general, including business strategy alignment
PROCESS/CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
OPERATIONAL PLAN DEVELOPMENT
- Provide inputs to ROPU/MSI brand teams on local market environment, customer and competitor information as part of the development of the IBP
- Provide inputs to TA/brand KPI development
- Develop OPU Operational Plan in collaboration with Medical and with the local business partner
OPERATIONAL PLAN IMPLEMENTATION together with local business partner and Medical
- Drive performance through high quality brand reviews, issue identification, brainstorming to offer / share medical-marketing solutions
LAUNCH READINESS
- Oversee and support the activities of the local business partner on "launch readiness drivers" to ensure the preparedness to launch defined products in terms of product, market and company development
- Provide governance to local business partner on launch readiness
- Review inputs to launch readiness preparation from ROPU and provide to local business partner what needs to be addressed
- Ensure the preparedness and skills of the local business partner to launch and promote products within the TA in terms of product, market and company development
- Work closely with Medical to prepare for successful launch
LOE & NBO
- Work together with the local business partner in Developing and implementing local strategies to anticipate LOE
- Initiate local NBO process when aligned into TA's and strategic focus of the ROPU
CROSS FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT, BRAND TEAM AND ROPU COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with ROPU Head of Marketing, Market Access, GTM and the ROPU TA leads
- Organize and lead cross functional team interactions within the OPU (Management Team)
- Maintain strong interface with ROPU Head of Marketing and ROPU brand teams to facilitate growth of sales and market share
- Provide regular feedback and input to ROPU marketing teams (marketing/competitor/customer insights) to develop brand strategies and ROPU operational plans
- Ensure local operational plan is aligned with key ROPU/OPU strategic direction
- Continuously update and educate the organization (and the agency) on topics relevant to the TA/brands,GTM and supporting the sales functions with updates and training materials for the TA/brands
REVIEW, MONITORING AND REPORTING
- Manage KPI Performance together with local business partner
- In collaboration with Commercial Operations, deliver monthly performance update and KPI reporting, with close monitoring of OPU market shares, immediately highlighting potential issu
