**About the Company**:
A leading multinational luxury beauty company is looking for Brand GM to manage its leading portfolio. You will develop the brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Steward of the brand that supports our new brand promise, brand vision, brand position, and achieves overall business goals for the brand/target company.
- Analyses historical data on new launches to develop sales forecast plan and financials
- Analyses market, consumer and competitive information to support GM team in setting new product pricing and managing price on existing products
- Develops targets by channel, business objectives and brand strategies for that brand that aligns with global business plan, and contributes to annual brand operating plan reviews
- To lead in developing PR launch plans for key major launches and ensure excellent coverage in major media to drive awareness of new product launches
- Analyses and forms major plans for CRM to retain loyal members
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
**Key Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- 12+ years in the beauty industry preferably managing luxury business
- Strong analytical skill and excellent interpersonal skill
- Proactive with a dynamic personality and strong leadership and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and strong problem solving skills in order to drive the business performance
- Strong network in Beauty Industries from Commercial and Marketing Point of View
- Adept Leader who is willing to be hands on
