**JOBDESC**
- Develop, implement, and track marketing plans and campaign strategies, including content development and optimization, advertising, influencer marketing (KOL), press/media relations, social media content, and digital activations.
- Drive the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and programs from the end-to-end process, including research, planning, execution, measurement, and evaluation, to achieve ROI sales.
- Report and analyze marketing data results, develop and evaluate performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions, and optimize strategy.
- Lead, coordinate, and work across multifunctional teams to facilitate creative development, content support, and analytics, aiming to achieve the expected goals of the marketing plan.
- Manage the marketing budget smartly and effectively to ensure the best Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) and accountability.
- Deliver and supervise all types of DWI KRAFI's brand activities (such as social media content and marketing activities) in alignment with DWI KRAFI's brand identity and positioning.
