Brand Manager Food Retail

Our client is a National F&B Retail headquartered in Yogyakarta.
Currently, they are hiring a Brand Manager who reports directly to the company's General Manager with the following work responsibilities and work requirements.
**Work Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the company's General Manager, they will generally be responsible for overall marketing strategy creation and the execution of marketing operations.
- The marketing manager will increase the company's brand performance per the company's expectations.
- The marketing manager shall monitor market trends daily and research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
They will report it regularly to the company's management.
- Develop marketing programs and set their marketing objectives, targets, and measurement.
- This marketing manager shall measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
**Work Requirements**:

- Having at least 7-8 years of experience as a marketing/brand or product manager.
- Having marketing experience in F&B or retail will be an advantage.
**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
