We position ourselves as your Chief Marketing Officer, Business Partner, or even Co-Founder.We set up a dedicated team to focus on increasing your revenue and fixing the bottleneck problem of your company in all area (Even outside marketing like supply chain, channel distribution, HR, finance, partnership, fund, etc).We're helping our brand partners & client hiring talents and make sure talents have excellent career path with training system & assesments compared working in other companies.We want to help put talent on the right place and right companies based on strengths, skills, experience, and expectation.We need 4 Brand Manager or Asst Brand Manager (Junior/Senior Level).- Shape and communicate our vision and mission- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives- Suggest and take decision for Micro, Macro Influencer and Endorsement concept- Quality control, evaluate, and improve content on Tiktok and Instagram- Lead creative development to motivate the target audiance to "take action"- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's acivities- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions- Devise innovative growth strategies- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics**Requirements**:- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives- Experience in indentifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind- Data-driven thingking and an affinity for numbers- Outstanding communication skill- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
