Coordinate and increase sales through existing channels (E-commerce and B2B) and open new channels.- Expand / develop the marketing network and establish good relationships with marketing channels.- Carry out marketing / promotion strategies.- Conduct regular sales evaluation & target achievement.- Planning and implementing all communication and media activities in all channels, including online and social media Take part in product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as developing new business opportunities- Create and manage promotional media to run branding Manage advertising budgets and promotional items- Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends- Analyze sales predictions and reports in general and on certain products- Analyze brand position in the market and find out insight into target consumers- Translate brand strategy into planning and brand positioning and marketing strategy- Achieve marketing sales targets and profits by providing information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; complete the audit; identify trends; define system development and implement changes where necessary- Achieve marketing and sales goals by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, products, and promotional programs- Measure and make reports on all marketing campaigns and analysis of target ROI and KPI- Develop a team and bring out the best in everyone- Monitor market trends, research market customers and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and problems- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy Develop new and innovative growth strategies**SKILL**:- Experience in Marketing Home Appliance products / household products at least 3 years.- Has a fairly extensive relationship with Home Appliance partner companies.- Communicative, negotiation and presentation skills.- Understand Digital Marketing techniques.- Able to work with many people from various divisions and able to work on several projects simultaneously- Energetic and passionate about the brand, organized and systematic- Experience in determining target audiences and planning campaigns that are interesting, educational, and motivating**Salary**: From Rp8,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Brand Manager: 2 years (preferred)- Marketing Manager: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 07/31/2023
