Brand Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Have work for brand / product related activities and develop marketing strategies to leverage the position of the brands
- whilst optimizing consumer synergies.
- Product management collaborate with multiple functions for product launch & relaunch management. Starting from generating consumer insight
- concept curation
- calculate business opportunity
- launch / relaunch project management
- communication brief
- etc.
- Ensure all marketing activities (ATL- BTL- in-store) are implemented on timely
- as well as coordinate with multiple functions and external agencies for marketing activities implementations.
- Developing plan to market strategies by utilizing the full marketing mix.
- Full budgetary responsibility to ensure promotion campaign and initiative are launched effectively
- in terms of spending limits and campaign impact.
- Undertaking complete analysis of market and brand performance and closely monitoring all implementations.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in
- Experience in FMCG Industry for 5-8 years
- Having a good communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- Good logical and analytical skills

**Salary**: From Rp30,000,000 per month
